Scott is the author to several books including Cigar City Mafia: A Complete History of the Tampa Underworld & The Silent Don: The Criminal Un derworld of Santo Trafficante Jr\, and Hitmen: The Mafia\, Drugs\ , and the East Harlem Purple Gang. We will be meeting at the Bernini of Ybor City at 3 PM. Prior registation is required!
