To add additional registrants, select Add Another Person on the Checkout page at the end of this registration (this will take you back to the beginning of the registration) and select "Sponsor Registrant" for all registrants included in your sponsorship level ($0). Repeat the registration process until you have registered all the individuals included in your sponsorship level.

If you would like to bring more than the registrants included in your sponsorship level, go back to the registration drop down menu and select "Additional Sponsor Registrant". The sponsor discount rate for additional registrants is $500 each, a 23% discount over the regular registration rate.

Please note that registration will not be complete and secured until payment has been received. Don't forget to book your room at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. A block of rooms has been reserved for FAWQC at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. The FAWQC early room rate is $155.00 per night plus a reduced resort fee of $12.00 per night for attendees that book their reservation at the FAWQC group rate. Note that this fee includes free wi-fi in your room and free self parking. Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Rooms at the conference rate sell out quickly so reserve your room as soon as you can. Look for the group code and registration link in your confirmation email. Event Cancellation by FAWQC FAWQC reserves the right to cancel the conference due to low enrollment, inclement weather, facility issues, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If FAWQC cancels the conference, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Registration Cancellation by Participant The deadline to receive a refund for an individual, exhibitor, or sponsorship registration is 14 days prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations requests must be made in writing to info@fawqc.com and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee. Refunds will be issued by check.
